1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the ph333k website accessible at ph333k.cam, including all games, features, services, and content made available through it.
• "Player Account" or "Account" means the individual account registered and maintained by you on the ph333k Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by you into your ph333k Account that have not originated from any bonus or promotional credit.
• "Bonus Balance" means credits, free spins, or promotional funds credited to your ph333k Account by ph333k pursuant to any promotion or offer.
• "Game Rules" means the specific rules applicable to each individual game offered on the ph333k Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions, together with the ph333k Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any Game Rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and ph333k in relation to your use of the Platform.

By accessing ph333k.cam or creating an Account, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms;
• You satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 below;

3 Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on ph333k, you must at all times satisfy the following eligibility requirements:

• You are a natural person and not a corporate entity or automated agent.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is legal and permitted.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or affiliate of ph333k, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously had an Account closed or suspended by ph333k for breach of these Terms.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion database or program that prohibits your participation in online gaming activities.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money games on ph333k, you must complete the account registration process. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the duration of your Account.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the ph333k Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited. ph333k reserves the right to close all Accounts held by a player where duplicate Accounts are identified, and to forfeit any balances held across those Accounts.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph333k login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any account access details with any third party. ph333k may require you to undergo identity verification (KYC) at any time, including but not limited to at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or upon suspicion of fraudulent activity. Required documents may include a government-issued identification card, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the required timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.

5 Deposits & Payments

ph333k accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, InstaPay, and PESONet, among other payment methods available on the Platform at the time of your transaction. Accepted payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱200 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• Deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• ph333k does not charge platform-side fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own fees, for which ph333k accepts no responsibility.
• All funds deposited must originate from a payment method held in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are strictly prohibited.
• Deposited funds are held in a segregated account and are not used for operational purposes.
• ph333k reserves the right to reject any deposit and to refund it to the originating payment method at its sole discretion.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawals of real-money balances are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to fund your Account.
• Identity verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal can be processed.
• ph333k aims to process withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any applicable verification review.
• Any active Bonus Balance or funds subject to ongoing wagering requirements must be settled before a withdrawal can be initiated in relation to those funds.
• ph333k reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms is suspected.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

ph333k offers various bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and may not be withdrawn as cash until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and, in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.
• Different game types may contribute differently toward the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Live dealer games and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or may not contribute at all.
• Bonuses may have an expiry period. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements at the expiry date will be forfeited.

8 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the ph333k Platform operate pursuant to their respective Game Rules, which are accessible within each game. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific Game Rules, the Game Rules shall prevail in relation to the specific game concerned.

ph333k uses independently certified random number generators (RNGs) for all virtual casino games. Live dealer games are streamed from regulated studio environments with professional dealing standards. Game outcomes are not manipulated by ph333k and are governed solely by the applicable RNG or live dealing process.

ph333k reserves the right to void any game round, bet, or series of bets where a technical error, game malfunction, or software error has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, ph333k will take steps to restore affected player balances to the state prior to the affected round.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph333k Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Creating or operating more than one Player Account;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including in live dealer games;
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or misconfiguration for financial gain;
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by Applicable Laws;
• Allowing any third party to use or fund your Account;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ph333k staff or other players through any communication channel.

10 Responsible Gaming

ph333k is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from your Account settings.

Self-Exclusion: If you believe your gaming activity is becoming problematic, you may request a voluntary self-exclusion from the ph333k Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and remain in effect for the duration you specify. During a self-exclusion period, you will be unable to access your Account or create a new Account.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the ph333k Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, user interface designs, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of ph333k or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ph333k Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of ph333k.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Laws, ph333k shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

ph333k's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph333k does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ph333k will use reasonable endeavours to minimize downtime and technical errors but accepts no liability for losses arising from service interruptions beyond its reasonable control.

13 Privacy & Data

ph333k processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the ph333k Privacy Policy.

ph333k collects, stores, and processes personal data as necessary to operate the Platform, process transactions, comply with Applicable Laws (including anti-money laundering requirements), and provide customer support. ph333k will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

14 Account Closure

14.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your ph333k Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account (subject to the satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

14.2 Closure by ph333k

ph333k reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You are found to have breached any provision of these Terms;
• ph333k is required to do so by Applicable Laws or a regulatory authority;
• ph333k suspects fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity in connection with your Account;
• You are found to be ineligible under Section 3 of these Terms.

In cases of Account closure for breach of these Terms, ph333k reserves the right to withhold or forfeit any Bonus Balance and, where applicable, Real Money Balance pending the outcome of any investigation.

15 Amendments to These Terms

ph333k reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, ph333k will endeavour to notify you by email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates. Your continued use of the ph333k Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.

16 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. ph333k operates its services for the Philippine market and in compliance with applicable online gaming regulations, including those administered by relevant Philippine regulatory authorities.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through ph333k's internal complaints process may be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or dispute resolution body with jurisdiction over online gaming in the Philippines.
